Automatic feeder

The tray is too small to distribute 12 oz of food. It spills under the unit and the dogs have a hard time trying to get it.A larger (and deeper) tray would be preferable. If you have small dogs it’s fine. Not real good for larger dogs.On the plus side… the timer works well.

Raccoons Broke Lid on Day 1

This was a frustrating setup because the model in the app isn't clear. If one doesn't work, use the other that looks like this one but has a different color logo. The exact model isn't written anywhere that I can find. Once I finally got it connected and setup, it wasn't too bad. Remember to turn on each feeding. Simply adding the time and portions isn't enough. Each is controlled by an on/off switch in the app.I thought this would be more raccoon proof than my old Wopet because it is harder to reach into the dispenser from the low angle. My old model allowed them to reach in and turn the wheel until it was empty, or push the manual feed button. They eventually broke it. They can't spin the wheel on this new model, but they somehow ripped the plastic in half on the first night!!! I was shocked and sad to see the damage. I had no idea raccoons could do that.Wopet or a competitor, PLEASE make a raccoon resistant cat feeder!!! Seriously, why doesn't this exist on the market? I'm unable to travel for work without constant worry and asking friends to feed an outdoor cat because no feeder I've tried can withstand the raccoons.

Stopped working

We’ve had this feeder for almost a year and it’s now gone offline and won’t reconnect. I’ve reset my network and reset the feeder multiple times (which wiped out the feeding schedule) and I cannot get the feeder to pair with my network. We’re going to have to buy a new device :(
