Motor system failed after three years.

The feeder worked fine up until recently - motor would spin but food wouldn't come out. I took it apart and examined the mechanism; the motor while working is extremely weak and fails to pull the rubber band/pulley system within. Disappointing.

Easy to use

Setting up the feeder was a breeze! and my cat loves the consistent meal schedule. I haven't tried the custom audio feature yet, but the subtle sound of the machine is enough to make her run to it whenever she hears it.

NOT the same as previous versions

As many reviewers have noted, this is marketed as the same as the Roffie model from a few years ago, but it is not. The interface is not intuitive to use at all and difficult to make quick changes to meals. The display is not on all the time so it’s difficult to check if it’s actually on! Would not recommend
